The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course is the perfect next step after your Open Water certification. This course is designed to help you build confidence, improve your diving skills, and experience new types of underwater adventures.

At Ohana Divers, you will complete five Adventure Dives, including Deep Diving and Underwater Navigation, plus three additional dives chosen with your instructor. These may include options such as buoyancy, drift, wreck, night, or underwater photography, depending on conditions and availability.

Upon successful completion, you will earn the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification, allowing you to dive with a buddy to a maximum depth of 30 meters. The minimum age is 12 years old, and you must already be a certified Open Water Diver or equivalent.

PADI ADVANCED OPEN WATER

During the course, you will complete practical training, stamina exercises, rescue skills, dive briefings, mapping projects, and real-life dive center experience under the guidance of professional PADI instructors.

Upon successful completion, you will become a PADI Divemaster, allowing you to work in the diving industry and take the first step toward becoming a PADI Instructor.

You must be a certified Rescue Diver, have completed Emergency First Response training, meet the required medical requirements, and have the required number of logged dives.
